Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and j0706 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the j0706 website located at https://j0706.vip and any associated services, products, features, and content offered by j0706 (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the j0706 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Account Registration & Security

• Non-Transferability: Your j0706 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

j0706 supports a range of local and international payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for Bangladesh-based players. All financial transactions on the j0706 platform are subject to the following terms:

j0706 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, j0706 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

j0706 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as published on the Current Offers page, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general rules, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified j0706 account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each individual offer. j0706 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

j0706 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required age or identity verification within a reasonable time frame following a request from j0706.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to the account.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring j0706 to close or freeze the account.
• Account inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. j0706 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before imposing any dormancy fee or closing the account.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming purposes — may do so by contacting the j0706 support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has elapsed, regardless of any subsequent request from the player.

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any genuine real-money balance remaining (i.e., funds not subject to bonus wagering requirements or fraud investigations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

j0706 accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment, opportunity cost, or consequential damages arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
